How does the free trial work?
Sign up with your email — no card needed. You get 30 days of full access to every feature including all AI tools. After the trial, upgrade to Pro or your data stays safe and you can come back any time.
How long does setup take?
Most teams are up and running in under an hour. Import your contacts from CSV, configure your pipeline stages, and you're selling the same day. No consultant required, no lengthy onboarding.
What is the daily agenda email?
FoxLink's AI writes you a personalised briefing every morning — your top-priority contacts ranked by urgency, deals closing soon, overdue tasks, and what your team logged yesterday. Arrives before 7am. Toggle it off any time in Settings.
How do web intake forms work?
Build a form in FoxLink and embed it on your website. When someone fills it in, they're automatically added as a contact in your workspace — no Zapier, no manual import, no delay.
Is my data safe and GDPR compliant?
Yes. FoxLink runs on UK-hosted infrastructure in the London region with row-level security — your workspace data is completely isolated. We're registered with the ICO and comply fully with UK GDPR. We never sell or share your data.
Why BCC instead of connecting my whole inbox?
By design, for privacy. Full-inbox integrations pull in every email you send and receive — including messages about people who never agreed to sit in a CRM. FoxLink only sees the emails you deliberately BCC or forward, so nothing lands in your workspace without a conscious decision — data minimisation built in, not bolted on. There's also no mailbox password or OAuth token for us to store.
We already have a CRM.

Can it integrate with our other tools?
Yes. Connect FoxLink to thousands of apps through our Zapier integration, or build directly against our REST API with signed webhooks for real-time events — generate an API key in Settings to get started. CSV import and export are always available too, so your data is never locked in. (Native calendar sync is still on the roadmap — tell us what you need and you'll influence what comes next.)
What happens when my trial ends?
You can upgrade to Pro at any time from Settings → Billing. If you don't upgrade, you'll move to read-only access — your data is safe and you can come back whenever you're ready.
